Collection: Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is a partly fermented tea that is mostly produced in China and Taiwan (commonly referred to as Formosa). It is dried in direct sunshine and then softly bruised in bamboo baskets. The leaves are then stretched out to dry until the leaf's surface turns somewhat yellow. Oolong teas are always whole leaf teas, never rolled. Pouchong is the least fermented of the oolong teas, with an almost green color.
